A CSR initiative by Lokmanya

General Health Camp in Daroli village

On 29 May 2024, Lok Kalp Foundation in collaboration with KLE Ayurvedic Belgaum, organized a general health camp in Daroli village. This initiative, a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities by Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-op Society Ltd, brought much-needed medical services to the local community.

Shri Kiran D. Thakur:   Founder and Chairman of Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-op Society Ltd.  We believe in giving back to the community and ensuring that everyone has access to basic healthcare. This health camp is a small step towards our larger goal of improving health and wellness in rural areas.  The health camp provided various medical services, including the checking of random blood sugar (RBS) levels, blood pressure (BP) monitoring, and medical consultations. The team from KLE Ayurvedic Belgaum brought their expertise to offer quality healthcare services.  Throughout the day, approximately 56 patients were attended to, receiving personalized medical care and advice. The initiative aimed to address common health issues and provide preventive measures to the villagers. 

From Lok Kalp Foundation official person Mr. Surajsingh Rajput and volunteer Mr. Anant Gawade were present for the camp.  KLE Ayurvedic Hospital Dr. Uttam and Dr. Tushar Patil were present for the camp.  KLE Ayurvedic Hospital official person Mr. Shridhar Kukadolli, PRO (Public Relation Officer) was present.

We are very grateful for this camp. It’s not easy to travel to the village of Daroli for medical check-ups, so having the doctors come here is a blessing.  The doctors were very kind and thorough. They consulted me and given free Ayurvedic medicines by Lok Kalp Foundation and gave me advice on how to keep the body healthy.
