Lok Kalp Foundation has successfully installed a total of 20 solar street lamps across four remote villages in the dense forests of Khanapur—Betne, Chorla, Parwad, and Handikopwada—with five lamps in each village. This initiative aims to bring sustainable lighting solutions to areas that previously lacked reliable access to electricity.

The solar street lamps are designed to enhance safety and mobility for the villagers, especially during nighttime. This eco-friendly project aligns with Lok Kalp Foundation’s commitment to promoting sustainable development and improving the quality of life in rural and underserved areas.

The villagers expressed their gratitude to Lok Kalp Foundation for addressing a critical need and bringing light to their communities. The initiative not only ensures better visibility but also fosters a sense of security in these forested areas.

Lok Kalp Foundation remains dedicated to implementing similar projects that uplift rural communities through sustainable and impactful interventions.
