Lok Kalp Foundation has taken a significant step towards empowering women by donating sewing machines to beneficiaries from the adopted villages of Khanapur. This initiative aims to help them earn a sustainable livelihood through stitching and self-employment.
In addition to providing the machines, Lok Kalp Foundation also conducted a specialized training session at Lok Kalp Prashikshan Kendra, Kankumbi, equipping the women with essential tailoring skills. The event was graced by Director Kiran Gawade, along with volunteers Vitthal Kannure, Anant Gawade, and Suhasini Pednekar, who actively participated in supporting the initiative.
This effort is part of Lok Kalp Foundation’s ongoing commitment to skill development and rural empowerment, enabling women to achieve financial independence.
