In a continued effort to empower rural communities and enhance livelihood opportunities, Lok Kalp Foundation successfully conducted a Honey Bee (Beekeeping) Training Program for the villagers of Khanapur. The training was held at Baburao Thakur College, Jamboti, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from nearly 45 villagers.
The session was expertly conducted by Ms. Jyotsna Desai, who shared valuable insights into beekeeping techniques, honey extraction, maintenance of bee colonies, and the potential income generation from this sustainable livelihood practice.
The initiative aimed at equipping the villagers with alternative sources of income while promoting eco-friendly practices. Lok Kalp Foundation remains committed to uplifting rural communities through skill-based training, sustainable agriculture, and innovative livelihood support programs.
