Lok Kalp Foundation, in collaboration with Centracare Super Speciality Hospital, successfully conducted a Free General Health Camp on 07 January 2026 at Amgaon village, Khanapur, a remote village located in a dense forest region. The camp was organized with the objective of providing accessible and essential healthcare services to underserved rural communities.

The health camp benefited nearly 55 villagers, who received free medical consultations, basic health check-ups, and guidance on preventive healthcare. The medical services were led by Dr. Seema, with dedicated support from the nursing staff Prajyoth Hiremath, Anosh M. B., and Modagi from Centracare Super Speciality Hospital, ensuring effective and compassionate healthcare delivery.

Representing Lok Kalp Foundation, Mr. Santosh Kadam and Mr. Sandeep Patil were present and actively supported the coordination and outreach efforts. The initiative reflects Lok Kalp Foundation’s ongoing commitment to improving healthcare access in remote and forest-based villages.

The camp was inspired by the vision of Chairman Dr. Kiran Thakur, who believes in inclusive healthcare and ensuring that quality medical services reach the most neglected and hard-to-reach communities. This initiative marks another meaningful step towards building healthier rural societies.
