Lok Kalp Foundation Organizes Free Health Check-up Camp for Construction Workers in Borivali West, Mumbai
On the occasion of National Safety Week, Lok Kalp Foundation organized a free health check-up camp on 15 March 2026 at a construction site in Borivali West, Mumbai, with the support of Romell Group.
The health camp was conducted for the welfare of construction workers and site engineers, with around 60 participants benefiting from the initiative. The camp aimed to provide essential healthcare services and promote awareness about the importance of regular health check-ups among workers at the construction site.
During the camp, several basic medical screenings were conducted, including blood sugar testing, blood pressure measurement, BMI assessment, and eye check-ups. Based on the results, the doctor conducted Nadi Parikshan and provided individual consultations to all participants, guiding them on maintaining better health and lifestyle practices.
All medical services were provided free of cost, ensuring that the workers and staff could access basic healthcare without any financial burden.
Romell Group expressed their gratitude to Lok Kalp Foundation for organizing the health camp and supporting the health and well-being of their workers. They also appreciated the initiative and requested continued support from Lok Kalp Foundation for similar activities in the future.
