Blood Donation Camp in Tulas Concluded with Enthusiasm | 56 Donors Participated | 01/03/2026 | Tulas, Vengurla
Sindhudurg: Lok Kalp Foundation, in association with Vetal Pratishthan Sindhudurg and Konkan Kala and Shikshan Vikas Sanstha Sindhudurg, successfully organized a blood donation camp at Tulas with the support of Rakta Pedhi Sindhudurg.
A total of 56 voluntary blood donors from various walks of life participated enthusiastically.
The camp was inaugurated by Tulas Gram Panchayat Sarpanch Rashmi Parab through ceremonial lamp lighting. Dignitaries present included Z.P. Member Sujata Padwal, CSR Head Gouri Juvekar (Lok Kalp Foundation), Gram Panchayat Member Jaywant Tulskar, Branch Officer Chakrapani Gawandi (Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-op Society ltd, Vengurle),Prakash Malvankar, Representative Swati Manjrekar, Medical Officer Dr. Abhishek Patsekar, social activists Narayan Nagvekar and Jayant Mulik, among others.
Dr. Sania Khan and Dr. Milind Molke from Tulas Primary Health Center also paid a goodwill visit.
During her address, Sarpanch Rashmi Parab highlighted the importance of regular blood donation, urging every able-bodied citizen to participate. Z.P. Member Sujata Padwal appreciated the lok kalp foundation’s ongoing social contributions.
🌱 All blood donors were honored with saplings by Konkan Art and Education Development Institute Sindhudurg in collaboration with Dayanand Kubal, symbolizing gratitude and environmental responsibility.
The camp’s success was made possible by the dedicated efforts of volunteers and organizers. The program was coordinated by Dr. Sachin Parulkar, and the vote of thanks was delivered by Madhav Tulskar.
The enthusiastic participation of donors and presence of dignitaries made the event a great success. The organizers reaffirmed their commitment to continue such meaningful social welfare initiatives in the future.
