Lok Kalp Foundation, the CSR wing of Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-op Society Ltd., in collaboration with KLE Ayurvedic Hospital, Belgaum, successfully organized a Free General Health Camp on 28th April 2025 at Talawade village, Khanapur taluka.

This community health initiative was aimed at promoting preventive healthcare and offering essential medical support to the underserved population of the region. The camp provided free checkups and basic treatments to nearly 45 villagers, covering vital health services such as:

  • General health screenings

  • Blood pressure monitoring

  • Pulse and physical assessments

  • Ayurvedic health consultations and lifestyle advice

A special team from KLE Ayurvedic Hospital—including Dr. Raj Joshi, Dr. Tarun Pawar, Mr. Shridhar K, and Mr. Narayan—generously offered their expertise and care to the local residents. Their compassionate service and informative consultations were deeply appreciated by the villagers.

The event was skillfully coordinated by Mr. Sandeep Patil from Lok Kalp Foundation, ensuring smooth logistics, communication, and on-ground arrangements.

This health camp reflects the continued dedication of Lok Kalp Foundation to improving access to healthcare in remote rural areas. Such outreach efforts bridge the healthcare gap and foster awareness, prevention, and early diagnosis in underserved communities.
