Lok Kalp Foundation, in collaboration with Shree Mahila Credit Souharda Sahakari Sangh Niyamit, has successfully installed solar street lamps in five remote villages — Gawali, Maan, Huland, Amgaon, and Chapoli — nestled in the dense forests of Khanapur.

A total of five solar street lamps have been installed in each village, providing much-needed lighting to areas that previously lacked consistent or reliable access to electricity.

This initiative aims to bring sustainable and eco-friendly lighting solutions to improve safety, mobility, and quality of life for residents, especially during nighttime hours. The project reflects the shared commitment of both organizations toward rural development and environmental sustainability.

Lok Kalp Foundation remains dedicated to creating long-term impact through livelihood, healthcare, education, and infrastructure support in the 32 villages it has adopted.
