Returns & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility Window: You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Conditions: Products must be:

    • Unused, in original packaging

    • Accompanied by the invoice and any promotional items

  • How to Request a Return: Email your order number, product name, and reason for return to csrho@lokmanyasociety.org.

  • Return Approval & Process: Once approved, ship the product back using a tracked service; your shipping cost will be fully refunded if due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item). Otherwise, you cover return postage.

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item, using your original payment method.

  • Exclusions: Products cannot be returned if:

    • Past 7-day period

    • Damaged by customer

    • Not in original packaging

    • Purchases of soaps, candles, food items, or perishables (unless faulty or damaged).
