Kankumbi, Khanapur | 10 June 2025:
Lok Kalp Foundation, in collaboration with Arihant Hospital, Belgaum, successfully organized a free general health check-up camp at Kankumbi village in Khanapur Taluka on 10th June 2025. The camp aimed to provide basic healthcare services to rural residents and create awareness about preventive health measures.

Around 40 villagers benefited from the camp, where services such as blood pressure checks, blood sugar testing, and general medical consultations were provided free of cost. The medical team from Arihant Hospital included Dr. Basavanth, Mr. Shivraj, and Nurse Girija, who ensured thorough and compassionate care throughout the event.

From Lok Kalp Foundation, Mr. Sandeep Patil and Mr. Anant Gawade were present and played a key role in coordinating the camp and mobilizing local participation.

The initiative received a positive response from the villagers, many of whom expressed gratitude for the accessible and timely healthcare support. Lok Kalp Foundation continues to focus on delivering impactful CSR activities in rural and underserved areas, with more such camps planned in the near future.
