Belgaum, 23 June 2025 –
Lok Kalp Foundation, in collaboration with Netradarshan Super Speciality Eye Hospital, a unit of Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, has successfully conducted a free cataract surgery for a patient from Kankumbi village, under its ongoing healthcare support initiatives in the adopted villages of Khanapur Taluka.
The cataract surgery was skillfully performed by Dr. Jagdish Patil, bringing back clear vision and improved quality of life for the patient. This marks another significant step in the foundation’s mission to make quality healthcare accessible to rural communities.
Present at the hospital during the surgery were Mr. Uday Kumar, Assistant Manager, Netradarshan Eye Hospital, and Mr. Aniket Patil and Mr. Kishor Naik from Lok Kalp Foundation.
