The Block Education Officer (BEO) of Khanapur Taluka, Mr. P. Ramappa, along with Kankumbi Education Cluster President, Mr. Jeevan Patil, visited the Lok Kalp Foundation Shop and appreciated the remarkable initiatives undertaken by the Foundation in the field of education across the 32 adopted villages of Khanapur.
During their visit, they expressed heartfelt gratitude towards Lok Kalp Foundation for its continuous efforts in improving educational infrastructure and providing essential learning resources such as benches, green boards, study tables, smart TVs, computers, and water filters to rural schools.
Mr. P. Ramappa acknowledged the visionary leadership of Dr. Kiran D. Thakur, Chairman of Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-op Society Ltd., under whose guidance the Foundation has been working relentlessly to uplift rural communities through initiatives in Education, Healthcare, Livelihood, and Infrastructure.
He also extended appreciation to Mrs. Malini Bali, Senior Manager – CSR, and the dedicated Lok Kalp Foundation team for their commitment and impactful contribution towards rural development.
The visit reinforced the collaborative spirit between the education department and Lok Kalp Foundation, with both parties sharing a common goal of ensuring quality education and better opportunities for children in remote areas of Khanapur.
