Lok Kalp Foundation, in collaboration with Arihant Hospital, successfully organized a Free General Health Camp at Chapgaon Village, Khanapur, on 17th October 2025.

The camp benefitted nearly 80 villagers, providing them with free health check-ups, medical consultations, and guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This initiative aimed to improve healthcare access for rural residents who often face challenges in reaching urban medical facilities.

The medical team from Arihant Hospital included Dr. Geetanjali, Ms. Tejashwini P., and Ms. Laxmi Patil, who rendered their dedicated service to the villagers. From Lok Kalp Foundation, Mr. Santosh Kadam was present to coordinate and facilitate the event.

The initiative was inspired by the vision of Dr. Kiran D. Thakur, Chairman, Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society Ltd., to ensure better healthcare and wellness for rural communities.

Lok Kalp Foundation continues to make a meaningful impact through its CSR activities by organizing health camps, supporting education, promoting livelihood programs, and improving infrastructure in the 32 adopted villages of Khanapur taluka.
