Return and Refund Policy

Introduction

“Lok kalp” is an initiative taken under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by the Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society Limited. To fulfill the duty of “Social responsibility” towards people under need, Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society Limited initiated the “Lok Kalp” and started series of programs. One of them is to provide marketing platform for the products produced by targeted social groups. Lokmanya Policy is crafted with a commitment to “Uniting for a Better Tomorrow Through CSR Creating Positive Change Together “.

Marketing includes inter alia with “Sales” and “Return of sale” it is desperately felt that a return of sales Policy must be at place.

This policy outlines the return and refund processes for products sold by ” Lok kalp”

Damaged Goods & Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return: Given the nature of food products, only non-perishable items can be returned within a specified period, typically 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Condition of Returned Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as and when they were sold. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  3. Return Process: Customers wishing to return eligible products must contact Lok kalp to initiate the return process.
  4. Goods must be within expiry date, after expiry date it shall not be consider for any refund to the purchaser.

Non-Returnable Items

– Perishable items are not eligible for return due to health and safety considerations.

– Perishable goods such as fresh produce or baked goods.

– Customized or personalized items.

Specific items, due to their nature, are exempt from being returned.

Refund Policy

Lokkalp – A CSR initiative by Lokmanya has a policy stating that we do not offer refunds for their products, it means that once a purchase is made, the buyer is not eligible to get their money back. This policy is likely in place for several reasons, which may include the nature of the products, the goals of the CSR initiative, and the logistical challenges associated with processing returns for such products.
