A CSR initiative by Lokmanya
Lok Kalp Foundation distributed sweaters to nearly 200 primary school children of Kankumbi on November 6, 2024, bringing warmth to their winter. Responding to a request from Government Primary School, Kankumbi, the foundation aimed to ensure students from nearby villages, mostly children of daily wage workers below the poverty line, brave the cold winter months comfortably. Ms. Shivani, a Class 5 student, thanked Lok Kalp Foundation for the thoughtful gift, while Shri. Sajeed Mulla, Headmaster, M.H.P.S Kankumbi, appreciated the foundation’s prompt response to the school’s request. This initiative reflects Lok Kalp Foundation’s commitment to empowering rural communities through education, healthcare, and livelihood initiatives.
