A CSR initiative by Lokmanya
Chapgaon Village, June 25, 2024 – In a commendable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, Lok Kalp Foundation donated 6 (six) green magnetic chalkboards to various government schools in Chapgaon village.
The distribution included:
4(Four) boards to the Government Marathi School.
1(One) board to the Government Kannada School.
1(One) board to the Malaprabha Government High School.
The event was graced by the presence of several esteemed individuals, including school principals, teachers, staff, and members of the village Gram Panchayat. From the Lok Kalp Foundation, Mrs. Malini Bali (CSR Manager), Mr. Surajsingh Rajput, and volunteer Mr. Santosh Kadam attended the event. The local villagers and dignitaries expressed their gratitude and appreciation for this valuable contribution.
The initiative was spearheaded by Shri Kiran D. Thakur, the Founder and Chairman of Lokmanay Multipurpose Co-op Society Ltd., who has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing educational infrastructure in rural areas. This donation is expected to significantly improve the teaching and learning environment in the recipient schools, providing students with better educational tools and resources.
