Lok Kalp Foundation and Venugram Hospital Organize Health Camp in Handikoppwada

On October 7th, 2024, Lok Kalp Foundation, in collaboration with Venugram Hospital, successfully organized a health camp in Handikoppwada, aiming to address some of the most critical health issues faced by the local community. This initiative was designed to offer much-needed healthcare services and raise awareness about common health concerns such as blood pressure, sugar levels, and general well-being.

The camp provided attendees with free medical examinations, which included blood pressure and sugar level check-ups. Additionally, necessary medicines were distributed to those in need. Participants received expert guidance on managing their health conditions, ensuring that they could maintain better control over their well-being after the camp.

Key participants in the camp included Dr. Sana Hudli, who provided medical consultations, along with Sister Namrata, PR Jagdish Belgaonkar, and Shrikant Patil. Lok Kalp Foundation staff and volunteers were also actively involved, ensuring that the event ran smoothly and efficiently.

This health camp had a positive impact on the residents of Handikoppwada, a community that often faces limited access to regular healthcare services. By bringing essential medical care directly to the people, this initiative significantly contributed to improving their health outcomes and enhancing their understanding of preventive measures.

Through ongoing efforts like these, Lok Kalp Foundation continues to play an integral role in addressing the health needs of underserved communities, making healthcare more accessible, and fostering healthier futures for all.
